With dedication to the continuous improvement of quality, performance, and efficiency, we have implemented a Quality Management System, which allows us to have consistent product quality, greater operational efficiency, and easier access to new markets.
Beohemija has its own laboratories for physico-chemical and microbiological quality control, equipped with state-of-the-art analytical equipment, where quality parameters are continuously monitored and evaluated in accordance with defined limits.
A team of experienced professionals conducts control of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished products throughout the production process, using standardized and internal methods of chemical and microbiological analysis.
The test methods are being improved and harmonized with the valid regulations of the Republic of Serbia, which in the field of the detergent industry are harmonized with the regulations of the European Union. Continuity of quality is additionally confirmed by the long-term cooperation with the Institute of General and Physical Chemistry from Belgrade, which has supported us for more than 15 years in the realization of specific and complex analyses.
Quality control of raw materials and finished products
The quality of our products is based on carefully developed formulations and a controlled production and packaging process with consistent application of Quality Control Plans and valid regulatory requirements.
The quality control service carries out physico-chemical and microbiological control of raw materials and formulations, ensuring compliance with defined standards.
The process of quality control of powder and liquid detergents is organized through three successive phases:
Receiving control of raw materials and packaging elements
Process quality control of semi-finished products
Quality control of unit, collective and pallet packaging on packaging lines
Reliable quality at every production stage
Each delivery of raw materials is controlled in accordance with the Quality Control Plan, which is based on the supplier’s technical documentation, manufacturer’s certificates. and applicable legislation.
The production of powder detergents is monitored continuously, while the control of liquid detergents is carried out in batches. Technical documentation, including quality reports and certificates, as well as test methods and sampling procedures, is fully aligned with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
