Career in Beohemija

The company has provided me with the opportunity to grow—and I have reciprocated with commitment, results, and loyalty. Being a part of Beochemija for me has been more than just a work obligation—it has been a choice of the heart, a daily decision to give my best and be part of something bigger than myself. I started working in the production of PET packaging, where I learned that work is not measured only by the number of pieces produced, but by the strength of the team. I entered the world of responsibility, discipline, and collegiality. Then I moved to the production of liquid detergents—new challenges, new rules, but also the familiar dedication. Every smell, every bottle, every process evoked in me the sense of pride and belonging. Next, I moved to the Receiving and Shipping Service, where I first encountered the dynamics of the process, paperwork, and coordination with other sectors. It was there that my colleagues recognized my efforts, gave me the opportunity and singled me out to focus exclusively on the reception of raw materials. That moment of trust was a key point in my professional development—it instilled in me a sense of belonging. That path also led me to the Procurement Department—a new phase in my development, in which I encountered responsibility for deadlines, negotiations, precise communication, and understanding of the broader business picture. I learned to represent the company confidently and to balance between needs and reality. Today, I am part of the Accounting and Finance Department. This professional chapter has opened up a whole new breadth in my understanding of business—through data analysis, accounts and postings, through connecting with all sectors and monitoring processes from an analytical point of view. There, I have further strengthened my organizational and technical skills, but also, to a greater degree, the responsibility I feel towards the company and the team. And the company? The company has grown along with me. Biohemija today is a modern, systemically organized company, based on clear processes and enormous potential. You can feel the team spirit,a mutual respect, and the desire to encourage each employee to give their best. Here, the effort is noted—and appreciated. That’s exactly the reason I’m writing this story: not to brag, but to motivate others. To affirm that hard work is recognized, and sincere effort does not go unnoticed. And that it is possible to start from packaging—and reach a position from which important decisions are made. And where will we meet next time? Perhaps in a new team. Or on a new project. Because in Beohemija—when they trust you, you give more than you think you can. I want to thank everyone who is part of my journey. My story is still not completely told—and the best part is yet to come.
