The main goal is the production of a healthy and safe product that meets the requirements of current legislation and existing standards.

Beohemija has its own laboratories for physico-chemical and microbiological quality control, equipped with the necessary measuring instruments and devices, in which quality parameters are constantly measured and compared with the given limits.

Trained and experienced employees systematically control all deliveries of raw materials, packaging elements, semi-finished and finished products on packaging lines using standard or internal chemical and microbiological analysis methods.

The methods of testing are periodically revised and adjusted to the legislation of the Republic of Serbia, which is harmonized with the regulations of the European Union in the field of detergent industry. For over 15 years the quality of finished products is regularly controlled by the Institute for General and Physical Chemistry from Belgrade that supports us in all atypical and extraordinary quality analyses with their knowledge and experience.

Raw material and finished products quality control

The finished product quality consists of the formulation quality and the quality of the unit, aggregate and pallet packaging. The finished product quality is defined by the technical description in the Technical Sheet or the Manufacturer’s Specification drafted up by the Development Service, and is quantified by the Quality Control Plan.

Each delivery of raw materials is controlled in relation to the Quality Control Plan, made on the basis of the supplier’s technical documentation and the manufacturer’s Certificate of analysis and according to the current legislation.

The production of powder detergents is controlled continuously, and liquid detergents in closed-batch process, before filling and packaging. Technical documentation, methods of analysis and sampling procedures for the purpose of quality control are harmonized with the Republic of Serbia’s legislation.
